Patricia Carlson, Deputy General Counsel for the Archdiocese of Chicago, and James Geoly of Burke, Warren, MacKay & Serritella will speak on the Illinois law that allows taxpayers to support scholarships for children from low-income families who choose to attend private schools. The webinar will discuss court decisions from others states that support the law’s constitutionality and detail the procedures with which clients must comply in order to qualify for the tax credits.
