During this time of uncertainty, what can lawyers do to continue to ethically serve their clients while taking the steps necessary to protect the health and welfare of staff, clients, themselves and the community? This presentation will delve into issues lawyers may now be facing including: social media, communicating with clients, cyber security, competence and diligence. 

Rory Quinn, Litigation Counsel at the Illinois Attorney Registration & Disciplinary Commission, and a former associate for Swanson Martin & Bell in Chicago and as a Cook County Assistant State’s Attorney will present on this topic.

This hour-long virtual program is open to all lawyers and judges. Advance Registration is $10.00 and required to attend.

The program is pending one-hour of ethics credit with the Illinois MCLE Board and Professionalism Commission.
