Thursday, February 18, 2021
12:00 p.m. - 1:00p.m.

LOCATION:
Zoom Meeting

SPEAKER:
Theresa (“Terri”) M. Gronkiewicz, Esq.,
ABA Center for Professional Responsibility

Among the many transformative effects the COVID-19 pandemic has had on the  practice of law, it has served as a catalyst for luddites and technophiles alike to adopt and implement new technology to aid in their transition to working in a remote environment.  This program will examine the benefits, pitfalls, and challenges of a broad adaptation of telework-oriented technologies, cyber security issues in a remote office, as well as their lasting impact in a post-pandemic world.  This program will qualify for one hour of ethics credit as well as it will touch on some IL RPC (1.1, 1.6, 5.1-5.3, etc.).

The program is approved for one-hour of ethics credit with the Illinois MCLE Board and Professionalism Commission.

This hour-long program is open to all lawyers and judges.
Cost to attend is $10.00.
