Rethinking "Professionalism" - This program examines how traditional concepts of “professionalism” in the legal field may unintentionally disadvantage neurodivergent attorneys. It explores how implicit bias, particularly around communication style, demeanor, and social expectations, can affect evaluations, advancement, and disciplinary outcomes.
